This Reiki 1 class, is a hands-on supplement to the online Intro to Energy Healing & Energy Medicine training. You will learn how to create your own daily healing rituals in the in-person class, including:

• Conscious breath
• Meditation
• Intentional Prayer
• Self Reiki treatment options
• Performing Reiki on others
